A. Land Leasing and Negotiation Negotiate leases on behalf of landlord (lessor) and/or renter (lessee). All leases in compliance with provincial government laws regulating rental arrangements. Reviewed by both legal council and tax consultant. We believe todays leases should reflect current economic conditions. We therefore recommend documentation of all environmental, land, and asset inventory, as well as "track and trace'of inputs. There are many kinds of leasing arrangements presently in use ie : cash rent, bushel rent, crop share, custom share, as well as pasture and cow/calf leases. We explain the advantages and disadvantages of each. In certain cases we will lease and operate your farm directly. (See Partnership Leasing) B. Farm Property Management Find renters for your farm. Negotiate appropriate lease. Oversee lease compliance. Quarterly reports. C. Total Farm Management We oversee all aspects of your operation: including, Agronomic, Financial, Marketing and Operational. Can be done on a management fee, crop share, or cash rental basis. Used by institutional, private and corporate sectors.
