A. Land Leasing and Negotiation

• Negotiate leases on behalf of landlord (lessor) and/or renter (lessee).

• All leases in compliance with provincial government laws regulating rental arrangements.

• Reviewed by both legal council and tax consultant.

• We believe todays leases should reflect current economic conditions. We therefore recommend documentation of all environmental, land, and asset inventory, as well as "track and trace'of inputs.

• There are many kinds of leasing arrangements presently in use ie : cash rent, bushel rent, crop share, custom share, as well as pasture and cow/calf leases. We explain the advantages and disadvantages of each.

In certain cases we will lease and operate your farm directly. (See Partnership Leasing)

• Negotiate appropriate lease.

• Oversee lease compliance.

• Quarterly reports.

C. Total Farm Management

• We oversee all aspects of your operation: including,

•Agronomic, Financial, Marketing and Operational.

• Can be done on a management fee, crop share, or cash rental basis.

• Used by institutional, private and corporate sectors.
